Still Here offers an optional yearly auto-renewable subscription to unlock follower features. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in:
iOS: Settings → Subscriptions
Android: Google Play → Settings → Subscriptions.

Free Access and Trial
All users can always use the basic check-in function free of charge. Upon first installation, all premium features are unlocked for a 3-day free trial period. After this trial ends, the follower features require an active subscription.

1. Introduction
Still Here (“the App”, “we”, “us”) is a safety check-in application available for iOS and Android. This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use explain how we handle your data and how subscriptions work.

2. Data Collection and Privacy
The App does not collect or store personal data such as names, addresses, or contact information.
Each user is identified only by a generated app ID.
For the purpose of personalizing push notifications, we store the nickname assigned to a followed user if such a nickname has been created by the follower.
Device information (such as language, model, and push notification token) is used solely to provide app functionality.
Check-in history is stored securely and used only to display information to the user and their followers.
We use push notification tokens (FCM/Expo tokens) solely to deliver app notifications.
We do not transfer user data to third parties except Google/Apple billing services.
We do not sell, share, or monetize any user data.

3. Free Access
All users can always perform personal check-ins free of charge. This core feature is permanently available without payment.

4. Trial Period
When you first install the App, all premium features are unlocked for a 3-day trial period. After the trial ends, follower features (following others and receiving notifications) require an active subscription.

Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in system Settings → Subscriptions.
Restore Purchases: On iOS, you can restore your previous subscription within the App via the “Restore Purchase” option in Settings. On Android, your subscription is linked to your Google Play account and will be automatically restored if you reinstall the App or switch to a new device using the same account.

6. Push Notifications
The App uses push notifications to alert followers when someone they follow checks in. Notifications are optional and require user permission. Users can enable or disable notifications at any time in their device system settings.

7. Security
All communication between the App and server is encrypted (HTTPS).

8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the App and on our website.
